I’m Managing Director of MAP Consulting LLC. I help companies get to “yes” through marketing process improvement and testing discipline.
I’m an experienced direct response marketer with over 20 years of experience in the Internet, publishing, wireless and nonprofit industries. I’ve developed and led customer acquisition, upsell and retention programs generating tens of millions of new customer acquisitions and billions of dollars of revenue. I’ve built brand messaging strategies and quantitative brand awareness campaigns for both B2C and B2B companies.
I’ve served as Vice President, Marketing and Communications for Neustar Inc., where I was responsible for the Neustar brand, corporate marketing, corporate communications, creative services, and proposal management.
Previously, I was a Senior Vice President at AOL LLC, responsible for offline and online marketing channels. I was responsible for a marketing budget of over $250 million and acquiring over five million customers via five billion touchpoints annually.
I’ve served as CMO for kajeet wireless where I shifted the marketing model from retail distribution to an online direct response model.
My background in fundraising includes serving as Vice President of Marketing for World Wildlife Fund, where I was responsible for the membership and travel programs, partner marketing, member services, and the marketing database. I was was responsible for delivering membership of over one million paying members.
I held various positions with International Masters Publishers, the world leader in direct mail sold continuity series. I ran the Home & Hobby product family group, a $100 million line of business. I developed the curriculum and served as an instructor for IMP’s DM Advanced course at the company’s training center in Marbella, Spain.
I hold a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Utica College and an MBA from Pace University.
I serve as Chairperson of Utica College’s Board of Trustees and also serve on the board of the National Press Foundation.
