- Those that explain how they’re planning to get a team together to build the requirements to gain the approval to get the funding to hire the consultant to choose the vendors to tell them how many headcount to build the deck to get the executive buy-in to get the mandate to ship the product. (Which they’ll do at their next job. Right.)
